What is included
”The flavour trails” menu, by chef Christian Fabbrizi.This is not the classic restaurant dinner, but a real culinary journey in 6 courses, including meat, fish and vegetarian options, enhanced by produce of excellence, made in Italy.
Accompanying the meal, our home-made, crisp sourdough bread completes the experience. Making the bread ourselves allows us to offer premium, freshly-baked bread, which is the perfect pairing for all our courses.
